Great news! The present perfect in Spanish works much the same way as it does in English. Quick reminder for those of you who haven´t picked up a grammar book for years, you use the present perfect to describe a past action that has some kind of relevance to the present. “I´ve lost my key”, for example, is in the past, but it is so recent, we can consider it relevant to the present. It is a really easy verb to conjugate in Spanish, once you learn the rules. Conquer this lesson and give your Spanish speech a sophistication and precision that make mastering this short video lesson well worth the effort.
